I’m Mel, I’m 32 and I live in Glasgow, Scotland with my 3 kids and partner. I’m happy bunny when I’m with my family, working out, walking , or enjoying delicious vegetarian food, yum! I started my fitness journey after gaining weight over the years from comfort eating. In August 2020 my fitness journey began. Once I started my journey they has been no looking back.
